🇺🇲 America Is Missing Nearly 2 Million People From Its Workforce

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s latest data shows that the country has 8.1 million job openings but only 6.8 million unemployed workers.

🌍 India Makes Greater Progress Toward DEIB Goals

ManpowerGroup India, a staffing firm with offices in 75 countries, surveyed 3,150 employers in India, and found that 77% are investing in DEIB initiatives, according to its Diversity Outlook Survey.

🇮🇳 India’s Need More To Produce More Jobs For Its Workers

Despite a roaring economy, India is in the middle of an employment crisis, and it needs to produce more jobs and move a greater proportion of its workforce into higher-productivity sectors. 

🏥 The Rise of Healthcare Staffing Platforms

That’s just one of three major trends driving the demand for healthcare staffing over the long term, according to Staffing Industry Analysts.

BY THE NUMBERS

📈58%. The percentage of chief financial officers who are optimistic about the U.S. economy—the highest level of optimism since the third quarter of 2021—according to accounting firm Grant Thornton’s second-quarter CFO survey.
