🤖 The Robots Continue To Transform Staffing and Recruiting 

About 4% of all U.S. firms have adopted generative artificial intelligence, but Goldman Sachs Research expects that figure to rise to 7% over the next six months. 

🏥 New Research Shows Nurses Foresee Continued Challenges in Healthcare Industry

AMN Healthcare found that 80% of nurses anticipate either no improvement or worsening situations compared to 2023, with 42% predicting stability and 38% fearing it will worsen.

🧑‍⚕️ The Healthcare Industry Must Upskill Workers To Retain Them

With the aging population and not enough healthcare workers, there's a push to use technology to meet the growing need for care. 

⬆️ CEO Confidence Up, Recession Fears Down in Q2

The Conference Board Measure of CEO Confidence rose in the second-quarter report, with U.S. CEOs no longer anticipating a recession in the coming year and instead being cautiously optimistic following two years of gloom.

💻 India’s IT Companies See Surge in Contractual Hiring 

India’s IT sector is witnessing a resurgence in contractual hiring, potentially signaling a demand for IT services following a year in which the IT industry posted job declines and conducted mass layoffs.

📈 192,000. The number of U.S. jobs added to the private sector in April 2024, a decrease from the 208,000 jobs gained in March 2024, but the average pace of hiring is still accelerating.
